SURREY, BC — Mike Starchuk is asking one question before advance voting begins: where is Doug McCallum?
Last seen in public at the Channel Punjabi debate on September 16th, Doug has not been seen at any debates or forums since and all videos put out by his campaign have been pre-recorded and heavily edited since that date. Why is Doug hiding, what is he hiding from, and who is hiding him?
Public events missed by Doug McCallum where he was invited to show up, include:
- Cloverdale Chamber of Commerce Mayoral Debate on September 23rd**
- GKM Media Mayoral Debate on September 29th**
- Fraser Valley Neighbourhood Association on October 3rd**
- Swift AM 1200 radio October 4th**
- CBC Mayoral Debate on October 6th
(** denotes that Doug McCallum was represented by an empty chair)
Imagine Surrey noted that only Mike Starchuk and SurreyNOW’s Troy van Vliet have shown up for every debate scheduled to date.
